30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. If the fit isn’t right, that’s a valid reason — just keep the item unworn beyond trying it on indoors.

How to start a return

1. Email support@kinevo.shop with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back and share the return tracking number with us.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will refund you to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

For returns because you changed your mind or the fit isn’t right, return shipping is at your cost. If we sent the wrong item or size, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping or offer a replacement — your choice.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn for exercise, washed, or damaged after delivery, unless they are defective. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order — that is the fastest way to get the right size.
