By using kinevo.shop you agree to these terms. Kinevo sells sportswear and training apparel to customers in Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Products and pricing

We work hard to describe products accurately, including fabric composition, measurements, size charts and care instructions. Minor colour differences can occur due to screens and lighting. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable; they may change without notice, and the price at checkout is the price you pay. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping and offer a refund if you prefer.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — in which case you will be fully refunded.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Product safety and use

Choose the size that matches your measurements, and follow the care instructions on each product page to keep fabrics performing as intended. Stop using any item that becomes damaged in a way that could cause injury, and contact us if an item arrives faulty.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
