How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7-12 business days after dispatch to the European countries we serve. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat €4.99 per order. Orders over €50 ship free to Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland.

How do I find my size?

Every product page lists real garment measurements and a size chart that we verified for that item. Measure yourself (chest, waist, hip) and compare with the chart on the product page — sizes are given in EU terms. If you’re between sizes, the product page says whether the fit runs small or generous.

Can I return an item if the fit isn’t right?

Yes. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, contact support@kinevo.shop.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our store runs entirely over HTTPS, so your details are encrypted in transit. We currently accept Cash on Delivery — you pay when your order arrives — and we never ask you to enter or store full card details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland.
